What should i do with my 360?

should i take it back to where i bought it or maybe go though the mail i need all info u guys have i need what should i do? my chip in my 360 fell out in my 360 it was too hot and i need what should i do can u guys help...

go through the mail. It is free and pretty quick! But if it wasn't bought too long ago you can try to take it to the store first.

there are alot of problems with the 360 that are covered in the warrenty

this is one

dont take it back cause they cant do nothing

there should be a address in the warrenty booklet that came in the box if u have it still, if not just look on the box for a phone number and ask the people at the microsoft place and thell direct you

BUT CAREFULL!! it takes like a month to replace it also if u dont want to lose any info (game saves) on the hard drive, back it up to a memory card( i know it can be done, microsoft recomends it, but dosent say how....hmm...)
