  1. Many stores that sell reloading equipment will buy your once fired empties to resell to a reloader.  You will get more money by selling them to a gun shop than you would by selling them for their scrap metal value.

  2. *Resale.*

  3. You should get into reloading for yourself. You save a lot of money in the long run.

  4. There are 2 schools of thought here....... 1 is to reload or sell it to a reloader.....  And 2 is to just scrap the brass...   I just scrap the stuff, I dont have time to reload or take the time to find a buyer....  .40 ammunition isn't to expensive so I dont see the point... If you are the type of person that thinks things should be reused (not a bad trait) then save it up....... Sell it on gunbroker or some other firearms website -- someone out there for sure will want it........ I would wait till you have over 1000 rounds before you get rid of it....

  5. reload them the cost a pretty penny to buy

  6. You'll get a lot more for 'once fired' brass than you will for scrap brass.

You'll have to find a buyer that trusts you when you say it's once fired.

  7. Sale to someone who reloads will bring a much better return. Ask for half of new price. With ammo price trends your price will likely increase.
