I am a guy, and not very fashion conscious. But figure out if your face is asymmetricaland put the highlights on the side you wish to draw more attention to.  Also what are you wearing?  Be aware that you are beautiful, and merely trying to accentuate the best feature.  Be confident with who you are.

ewwww do not put blond on the bottom and black on the top in less your going for the hole trashy look. I would maybe but very small fine high lites of blond towards the bottom. Your hairs very pretty the way it is. don't do anything drastic.

put the blonde underneath your dark brown.

and if your not up for that just put streaks in.

get high lights and or low lights also layers in your hair just don't cut your hair it is a nice length already hope it helps :)
