What should i do with my phonnne?! help!?

my phone was working perfectly yesterday and then i just turned it off before i went to bed, but then when i woke up i tried turning it on and the screen froze and now it doesnt work! like none of the buttons work or do anything unless i put it in the charging and it gives me like 8 seconds before it freezes again. but what can i do about it? obviously i know going to the store. and do i need to buy a whole new onee?so yeahh... thanks!

have you tried taking out the battery to it? if no, try a battery pull, and then turn it on again.

If it still doesnt work, its the actual phone. Did you get water in it? is it less than a year old?

If it doesn't have water damage, or any physical damage, then they'll give you a new one under warranty as long as your phone is under a year old.

(BTW: the lower end Nokia's seem to have the shut off problem alot)
