Question:

What should i do with the gas?

hello my mom put some gas in this container last winter to use for the snow plow we bought but unfortunately there is something wrong with the plow so there is still some gas in the plower and in the container, what i want to know is what should i do with the gas in the container and the plow, its starting to get warmer and i was wondering if the gas would explode because of the heat, what should i do?just spill it out or is there something else i need to do?

  1. Try calling an auto parts store and seeing if they have a container for it.  Some do for oil at no cost.  Giving gas away is rare though.  Whatever you do, don't put it in your car!!  Gas has a shelf life.  Yes it is still flammable and it probably would run in the car.  However old gas will cause build up in the car.


  2. take it out and use it for something esle

  3. If there wasn't oil added to it put it in a car.

    If you have any full service (as in they do repairs, a rare thing these days) they might be able to recycle it.

    Maybe check a car dealer or quickie lube place.

  4. Put it in your car's gas tank.
