What should i do with this shoes?

Question

I will have THREE potential back to school shoes.

One pair i want to play basketball in, but im not sure if i should. If i play in those i will have TWO new shoes to wear to school plus 1 decent pair of shoes.

Should i play basketball in the one shoe i want to play in and only have two new shoes and one decent shoe for back to school?

Or should i not play in them and have FOUR new shoes for back to school?
