  1. Most people never eat dark green leafy vegetables such as mustard, collards or kale. I recommend that you eat some of those daily. They taste great when thoroughly wilted in olive oil and tossed with a bit of balsamic vinegar.

    In general, I'd say that you be better off eating as little sweets and fried food as possible. That's not much of a challenge to figure out, but your sense of taste also improves greatly when you don't eat sweet or salty foods as often.

    Bread, pasta, cereal, rice, beans, peas, lentils, nuts, seeds, fruits and veggies can easily offer everything that you need except B12.

    All vegetarians should take a B12 supplement regularly since most people eat meat, dairy AND fortified cereals yet still have a B12 status that is lower than recommended.

  2. eat fruits and vegetables and nuts and whole grains, and do not eat refined carbs, fast food, junk food, and animal proteins.

  3. theres not really foods that you should and shouldn't eat because a healthy diet contains all sorts of foods.. and yes including sweets!

    make sure you eat lots of fruites and vegies

    eat meat! hamburger, chicken, fish, steak,. have red meat 2-3 times a week.

    for breads, use whole grain instead of white

    sweet potatoes are good for you

    and yess include sweets! chocolate, ice cream ect! whats life without good food :)

  4. u should stop eating junk food of course such as pizza and burger not only cause the r bad for ur health but also because they contain dirty things u know the burger some times is not pure meat but it also contains some kind of mice meat that is crushed with the meat also u shoud eat healthy things like milk and cheese eggs u should also eat fats but with little amount beause when u deprive ur body from something and then u eat it again u become fat and u gain weight hope i have helped u and plz i have answered a question about what is the average weight for a 14 year old girl with height 5.3 inches can u answer me
