  1. drink lots of water, a banana, some peanuts, and most importantly you have to have some sodium(salt) in you so you won't cramp up.  


  2. You need a high calorie diet. Plenty of protein. Eat lots of eggs and potatoes in the morning before you go. Drink milk in the morning and plenty of water and gatoraide at practice.

  3. Don't eat anything that you don't want to see on your shoes. Actually, you're gonna need a lot of water for re-hydration and bananas for potassium. Another great fruit for electrolytes is the Mango.

  4. Depends how long you eat before. If it's like 30 minutes or an hour before, eat like a banana and maybe some oatmeal and some water. If it is more than that, maybe have two eggs (Take out the yolk).
