Question:

What should i eat before football?

i tried to eat fruit and toast for break fast but it made me feel sick.. i also tried to eat cereal and it made me sick feeling... I would like to eat somthing that wouldnt make me sick... any ideas?

    well 1st of all you should not eat football before or after anything but if you still want to, try eating a ping pong ball or a golf ball..lmao.

  4. You can eat anything as long as you wait 20 minutes before you jump in.

    You don't want to get cramps!

  5. you should eat a peace of pizza and dont eat anything else cause it would make you go slower and the couch would yell at you a whole lot

  7. Protein - at least a couple hours before practice - the thinner sliced the better (for faster absorption and digestion).  It gives you energy longer.

    The night before a game  -  pasta to load up on carbs for the next day's energy.

    Try tomatoes in the morning, instead of fruit. If you can keep bananas down they are great for potassium and magnesium. Orange juice is a great source of quick energy and is a nice combo with the protein for sustained energy throughout practice.

    Avoid any and all dairy products before practice.

  15. well before i go to nfl game or watch one i usually eat chicken wings or some sort of chicken with a soft drink you can eat anything stupid question if you are asking me

  20. Cereal probably made you feel sick because of the milk - never a good idea to drink before running! Just try to eat earlier to give your body more time to digest before going out there to practice.

  21. Deviled eggs, soft tofu, jalapeno peppers, and whole milk.
