What should i eat for breakfast before soccer tryouts?

i have soccer tryouts that start at 8:00 am tomorrow. what should i eat for breakfast beforehand? and what time should i eat it?

by the way, i'm a vegetarian.

  1. protein shake and veggie omelette. That way you get your nutrition, and you have plenty of energy. I'd eat at about 6:50, that way you don't get sick during tryouts.


  2. A banana, yogurt, piece of toast, and at least 20 oz of water. Just make sure you try and eat before 7 because your body will need about one hour to completely digest the food, also make sure you get some carbohydrates tonight like pasta or something. Good Luck

  3. Oatmeal and fruit.  Eat no later than 7:00.
