What should i eat to be a runner?

i am very fit. i want to start running alot but i also want to get more buff. What kind of food should i eat and what should i stay away from? is there any good work outs i should do?

  1. carbs for energy fish for protein. just not at the same time becuase that would taste rank


  2. good clean carbs. beans are great blend of protein and carbs and fiber...maybe not for those behind u tho! haha.

  3. Be sure to eat plenty of carbs such as rice or speggetti... be sure to stay away from pop!!!!!
