I'm in school , and mostly i forget quckliy what the teacher says , and what did happend in class

what should i do or eat to help me rember ?

  1. green vegetables healty food and badam daily 2pieces in morning which will keep your mind sharp and good  


  2. peanuts! essence of chicken! and read..read..read.. and read!

  3. fish

  4. Foods rich in Omega 3, fish, eggs etc.

  5. you have to sleep at the right time to avoid forgeting or you have to list the important sayings of your teacher...

  6. Fish, appart from fresh sardines. I spent 5 hours in hospital with a sardine bone stuck in my tonsil. Ouch!

  9. omega 3 is supposed to be really good for your brain and you can find it in oily fish and flaxseed(linseed) amongst other things.  Also keep hydrated.. for concentration.

  10. Blueberries, fish, eggs are some good brain foods.  

  11. There is only one solution to make your brain think faster is to read . People who are earning a 5-figure salary are living examples . Books are the source of knowledge for them . Paying attention in class is essential but you can't just rely on teachers teaching you . Teachers are not for life , they will not always stay by you like your parents . Pls listen in class!!!!!!!!
