Question:

What should i eat to lose weight?

I'm trying to lose weight but dont want to starve myself. im a college student and rarely have time to have a sit down dinner or work out . So i eat whatever i want through out the day. It's usually chips and salsa or left over Chinese food. or something totally unhealthy. what im trying to do is figure out what foods are healthy to eat and i can bring with me to school like in a baggy and pull out when im hungry, such as turkey slices, carrots, things like that, but i also like things with flavor, which would be the unhealthy Mexican and Chinese i eat at 1 am. I really want to get on a schedule of when i eat.

  1. You'll have to experiment a little to find out which heathy foods (or at least heathier foods than your currently eating) you like best. I would suggest eating good such as berries since there sweet and have lots of flavor. There a little more expensive though, so it's best to look for them on sale. Vegitables (carrots, cucumbers, pepers, etc.) are also really good with your favorit chip dip (careful though, the dip isen't good for you). Smart-pop popcorn with a bit of flavor topping is always good too! Try not to eat too many breads because they are a big cause of weight gain and drink lots of milk; it's been proven to help shed of pounds! Keeping a food diary is important. It's annoying but certaly helped me keep track of what I was eating (and unpleasently suprized me). Good luck!

  4. u should eat alot of food dat has alot of calories like humberger , pizza ,  butter , french fries , chickens fries , n drink alot of coke ..etc....

  6. well there is no specific food just eat less portions and not as much junk food and 30-60 min of exercise a day.

  7. cutting up your favorite veggies is good. Mexican is not unhealthy. Try a Burrito it is bout 435 calories with chicken filling, if you make it low fat. It is also quite filling and might just carry you through the rest of the day if you have it for lunch. Dinner you might have a fruit and cottage cheese bowl, or fresh fruit, even steamed fish or poultry. Excersise is what burns fat and turns it into muscle. whatever you put in your mouth make sure it is not fattening. I know a hectic lifestyle makes this very tough indeed. I saw Diddy carrying tupperware the other day, that outta tell ya something. Where there is a will there is a way. My last five pounds are the hardest to lose and I am anitcipating the sound of the quarter as it bounces off my as.
