    You can eat Morning Star products, or Bocca products.

    They both supply protein.

    Isn't the term "vegetarian" used to define your lifestyle? And yo ask if it is healthy? Assuming that you really are a vegetarian, why would you do something if you are not sure it is healthy for you??
