What should i expect on my first day of High-School, ?

i don't have many friends, and it's a HUGE school!!!?

okay well. im a 10th grader. my first day of highschool was okay I guess. you can expect people to look at you, and judge you instantly. but you get that where ever you go. more than likley, you'll make new friends. pay attention to your surroundings, and try not to get lost. just relax and remember that its supposed to be the best four years of your life. try talking to people. but dont be suprised when there are certain girls or boys that make fun of you or look at you weirdly. more than likley they are jealous. everyone gets judgment. oh yeah and dont worry about getting stuffed in the trashcan movies make freshman sound like losers, but its not that bad.

Expect a lot of other lost people like yourself! Everyone is in the same shoes you are! I transferred schools when I entered high school so I essentially started with no friends. Somehow you just find your niche and find some good friends that you get to know and hang out with! But the first day is slightly different at every school. A lot of times you won't get any homework, just to get the necessary materials for the classes you have. Don't stress out! It's scary at first but often you'll find that there is someone that is going through the same thing you are! People change so much in the 4 years you are there! A GREAT way to meet people is to join a club that you have some interest in, whether it's academic or athletic! Just have fun, don't get into too much trouble and buckle in because it is going to be a ride of a lifetime! (PS It goes VERY fast! I know you've probably heard it a million times but the 4 years fly by and by senior year you'll look back and see how much you have changed and all the good times!)
