Question:

What should i feed my rats...?

Im going to return their food, because it is not healthy for them but the only time i can is around 8 so until then what can i feed them? I gave them some carrots and cucumbers... anything else?

  1. If you have a dog, you can temporarily feed them dog food. They like it as a treat.

    If you don't, pretty much anything that is considered 'health food' for people is good for rats. They like grains a lot. Low sugar cereal, rice, pasta, vegetables, fruits, yoghurt, wheat germ, soy milk, juice, all kinds of stuff!

  2. I just sent you a message, but I'll answer anyway. ;P

    They'll be OK until 8 without anything. I'd avoid the cucumbers, though, because they are watery. You can give them bananas (mine LOVE bananas), Cheerios.. really any healthy foods that you would eat. Just try to avoid the very watery veggies because they can cause diarrhea.

    But they'll be just fine until you get the new stuff. :)  

  3. anything uncooked  pasta, cooked pasta, rice, fruits, veggies, unsalted nuts, cereal like cheerios, bread anything really

  4. they will eat just about any thing. they really like pizza crust
