What should i fill my punching bag with?

i filled up with play sand but it is way to heavy, its over 100 pounds...i need something a bit lighter...is saw dust lighter

water is the best way to fill your punching bag. Reason is it wont hurt your hands/wrists  The cons is that is gets too heavy. For every gallon filled add 2 pounds of weight.

Saw dust is lighter but it is too light. Try water or sand. or mix sand with sawdust until it is how you want.
