  1. Looking for something different?  How about...

    2. Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain and set aside. Reserve 1 tablespoon of bacon grease in pan and fry remaining two eggs.

  2. my favorite things to make for breakfast are muffins...this is my favorite muffin recipe:

    1 c. white flour

    1 c. whole wheat flour

    1/4 c. sugar

    3 tsp baking powder

    1 tsp salt

    1 egg

    1 c. milk

    1/4 vegetable oil

Stir dry ingredients together in a bowl and make a "well" in the center.  In a separate bowl, beat the egg and add wet ingredients. Pour into the "well" and stir (but don't stir for too long).

Bake at 400 for about 22 minutes.  Makes 12 muffins. (don't forget to grease the muffin pans)

I like to add blueberries, raspberries, chocolate chips, or apple chunks.  I add them at the same time I add the wet ingredients.

You could serve this with a fruit salad or yogurt (and of course jam and butter)

  3. pancakes, bacon , and eggs. Make sure you heat the maple syrup.

  4. you could do something easy like scrambled eggs with cheese, or omelets are always quick and easy. Pancakes and sausage are quick and you can add fruit to the pancakes such as sliced strawberries or mix in some frozen blueberries into the pancake batter and voila breakfast is served.

  5. Eggs:- Scrambled

    3 Eggs.

    2 tsp. Milk.

Butter the pan and heat until the butter melts.

Pour egg yolks into a bowl and scramble into a liquid (must be completely yellow).

Whisk the whites until they are fluffy.

Combine milk with eggs and scramble until mixed.

    Gently fold in the whites.

When the butter is melted in the pan, add eggs and stir gently.

Stop for 5 seconds and stir again. When you see little scrambled eggs in the pan and stir until no liquid is in the pan (all scrambled).
