should i focus on trying to become a amateur and pro boxer by training 6 days a week of boxing, or should i train 6days a weeek of weight training and loook to become a bodybuilder, or sumtyn,

im currently 16, 5"10 and around 150 - 155 pounds

  1. if u think u can take some hits then go be a Amateur boxer but body building could take long and u will look bulky which could be a turn off.


  2. Do you want to box, or do you want to look like a beefcake?

    Seriously, do whichever you are more passionate about.

    You can start by running, because both require you to be able to run well.
