nothing.  walk out of there right away.  you are doomed once you eat that food.  Everybody i know, i myself included always has to poo after eating there.  I don't mean like hours later, i mean right after.  But if you are so excited then whatever, do whatever pleases you.  Just don't try too much at once

The patty melt with fries and a milk shake. I like the coffee shake. My mom likes the root beer float. I love Steak 'n Shake. I wish there was one within driving distance of us.
