What should i get dervish or vanguard?

I'm pretty knowledgeable about longboards. But i've only had sector9s. I'm planning on getting a Loaded board, but which one should i get? The vanguard looks better, but i heard the dervish performs better? I slide a lot but i also want speed and durability.

any advice?

id say the dervish because it looks better and if it perfoms better why not.

well, the vangaurd is higher. And flexier. Really, it's an amazing board. Snappy, and great for carving. It is however, a little impractical for pushing since it's so high. It's also not as good for downhill because it's so flexy and high. I think it makes for an incredible ride though.

The dervish is sturdier, lower to the ground. It's better for commuting, and it holds up better on hills. You can pump both, but it's easier with the vangaurd. The general consensus on the fish seems to be that the dervish is a better all around board. I think i like the vangaurd better though. Here's a link, ask these folks. www.silverfishlongboarding.com
