he is not getting a car so no accersories for that.

also he doesnt dress preppy it is more like preppy gangster type clothing...

Where does he want to go to college?  If he's got one place above all, give him shirts or caps from that school, and the rest in cash for college.

16 well lets see ... nintendo DS? or a gift certifacate to his favorite store so he can pick what he wants or a nice cd player with a cd or two that he would like. maybe just take him somewhere he would like to go like an arcade or the mall and let him spend the money how he wants.or if its ok with your parents throw a sweet 16 party with a pinata in the shape of a car or something he likes....does he collect something you could get him something he collects. or just ask him what kinds of things he would like for his bday you might be surprized by the awnsers of what he wants.
