How about a potted plant. Get Poison Ivy and tell him it's a new kind of Aloe Vera and to rub it on his cuts and bruises.............:-)

Something that she can actually use up like bubble bath, writing paper,candy  or better yet...a gift card!  I have way too many "Best Teacher" mugs!  Most importantly, write a nice personal note about what you loved most about his or her class.  Those I truly value.

Teachers love gift cards. To book stores, restaurants, basically anywhere ... a gift card is a great present for anybody.

I, personally, would also write a note to go with it. Just about how much you appreciated them and everything. I wrote notes to my two favorite teachers this year and they were both very happy about them :]
