Desitin, Mylicon, Hooded towels, Tee-shirts, socks, baby washcloths, baby bath tub, baby lotion, baby wash, baby shampoo, receiving blankets, onesies, burp cloths, stroller, baby moniter, bouncer, swing, car seat, hats, baby bottles, diaper bag, pacifiers, baby health care kit, baby brush/comb, etc.

blankets, onesies are great and they have them in all sorts of colors, a stroller, and most important a good car seat!   also cloth diapers, not for using as diapers but for "burp" rags, you will need them!
