    maybe a bagel with peanut butter, some powerade, and a banana or yogurt. that food gives you energy, and its healthy too.

  4. Heres my breakfast before a morning pratice:

    3 Boiled eggs

    2 Peices of toast

    1 fruit ( apples or bannas! )

    and a cup of milk!!!
