What should i have for dinner..for my graduation party?

okay i am throwing myself a graduation party and i wanna know what can i make for dinner...dont wnana go out...jus want it to be homemade. ! What can i make? Please help

Starter of mushroom and chicken vol au vents - buy frozen vol u vent cases and bake, mix can of mushroom and chicken soup (undiluted like campbells) and in some diced chicken, fill cases and keep warm,

Main of slow cooked lamb shank with red wine - cook overnight and serve with basil pesto potatoe

Dessert - frozen berries covered in pre-bought crumble mix and served with vanilla custard

Pop a lot of vegetarian pizzas into the oven.

Prepare at least one large vegetable and dip tray.

Place plenty of mixed nuts in bowls in strategic locations.

Pretzels for those who don't like nuts.

Prepare a fruit tray.
