What should i have for lunch, on diet.?

I had oatmeal and grapes for breakfast

and drank some green tea

i really want something with english muffins we have sitting on the counter.

i dont know help me lol :)

Good choice for breakfast.For lunch I would suggest whole grain bread like a sandwich on wheat for instance.Anything high in protein cause it burns faster such as turkey and chicken.Tuna is a good one too, keep it on whole grain bread though.Try to eat poultry instead of red meat.Fruit is always good for lunch.Raw vegetables are awesome.Vegetables that actually burn fat are broccoli and cauliflower those are good ones to eat if you're looking to lose weight.

    Don't eat too much have like a glass of water before your meal.It takes the brain to realize its full in 20 mins. so cut down on your portions or eat like maybe half the sandwich and see how your stomach feels.I'm not saying to starve yourself.But really if you keep it to foods that are high in protein, and whole grain pasta, bread, basically no white carbs like white rice white bread.Fish and poultry is a good general guideline.Lots of greens, fruit.    

    Monitor your sodium cause it retains water.I'm not saying cut your sodium out, but keep it to at least to 2400mg per day.

    Stay active!Get exercise go on a walk or run minimum three miles that'll burn all those calories real well.You burn the same walking as you do running.

  4. Why not try lightly toasting the muffins and having a 2 egg scrambled egg with no milk. It'll keep you full till at least 4pm. Have a fruit snack then to get you through to dinner.  Don't forget to drink plenty of water too.

  6. Actually, you should have a piece of bread with breakfast and lunch, so to help with your craving, maybe you should have an open faced sandwich on half of a toasted english muffin. You could have some fruit, and a open faced sandwich with some turkey, lettuce, tomato, cucumber and any other veggie - and only use mustard, not mayo - bad for a diet. That should be good for your diet and satisfy your english muffin craving!

  8. Whatever it is make sure you include some protein since you haven't had much today and it helps you feel full.  Eat a turkey sandwich on wheat bread

  9. Have some elderberries with your muffins.  The berries have an added benefit of beating colds and flu.  So eat up!

  10. Go make a delicious Cesar salad with tuna, light mayo please.
