What should i improve on my site?

I just decided ot get my website to help me do business. what do you think.. it is basically a standard template and I input my personal touch.

WittyTeens is a personal development forum resource for young adults. It's designed for people to come together and help each other out on topics that they know about. In your case, it would be best to visit the Web Design section of the forum; you could also post your website there to gain feedback. It's a new community, so check it out!

As for my personal opinion, I don't like how the navigation stops in the middle of the page. I also don't like how you have it scrolling in some sort of frame, leaving the navigation permanently on top. Other than that, I think it's pretty good. Keep it up! I'm sure you could improve it somehow; there's always room for improvement!
