  1. ask an attorney  .... first thing to know is the legal drinking age:) ...  you'll need to get a liquor license too, but won't be able to allow under-age customers in if you're serving booze  ... The local Health Dept. will have restrictions about kitchens and food preparation too......

  2. omg be ready for h**l TEENIE BOPPERS AHH JUST THE THOUGHT SCARES ME...

  3. Those are most likely specific to where you're setting up this "nightclub." Make sure to comply with any state laws and local ordinances. (I would assume it's somewhat difficult to break a national law here).

As far as selling food and drink, you probably need to follow the laws the same as any restaurant, look into exactly what that entails.

Know that you're going to be under scrutiny due to the nature of your business, especially if you're setting this up in a suburban or rural community (a man embarked on a similar venture in a town of just under 2000 close to me, he was ousted very quickly because of "moral reasons," read to mean kids were smoking and drinking on the premises, despite the inability to control such things with 100% effectiveness - the town really just doesn't like "alternative entertainment" and thinks the customers of this business would be better off playing sports). Even if in an urban area you're likely to face a lot of criticism for even a tiny slip-up. You'll need to institute and enforce very strict policies against that which can get you in great trouble (such as underage smoking and drinking, etc).

    Best of luck to you.

  4. The city planners and permits any thing like that in there or a survey would the teens want to go to your club.
