What should i know before starting swimming class?

Question

me and my son have signed up for mommy and me swim class ,

i don't knw how to swim

so need to know some basic tips about it

any specific sunlotion or soap i should use

you don't really need to be able to swim for the class.  you just hold your kid and the instructor suggests games to play with your kid in the pool.  As long as you have no fear of the water you should be fine.

use at least spf 30 and make sure your child has a hat and swim diaper if needed.
