What should i know for a standard high school chemistry class?

im going into sophmore year and i'm taking a standard college prep level chem class. what would help if i knew? what should i know? will i have to memorize the periodic table of elements? also what about algebra 2? i think it has trig in it, is there anything i can do now to help make it a bit easier when the school year starts? thanks in advance.

algebra 2 is fine

chem is a fun subject depending if u have a fun teacher. lol

lots of minilabs

and also i dont think u need to memorize the whole periodic table last year our teacher made us memorize the important elements only.
