  1. Set-hit the ball kinda straight but mostly diagonallly with only the tips of ur fingers

    Spike-Hit straight down

Normal hit-put right hand down then left on top of it, curl hand and put thumbs side-by side

MAKE SURE YOU ARE NOT AFRAID TO HIT UR KNEES!!!!!

Serving-there are alot of ways to serve

Overhanded- throw up and curl fingers up with thumb on left side and hit directly on your fingers

Underhanded-Hold in your left hand, and hit with right hand(or vice versa)

I hope all goes well email me and let me know!!!!!!

  2. i would recommend knowing how to pass a down ball, a overhand serve and pretty much any ball they will throw at you. Also hitting is important........you need to be able to hit cross court, line and possible tip when told. Setting is not that important, unless you are a setter, then you need to be able to set outside, middle, right side, a slide and a one, plus get to every ball with your hands! Serving is crucial at try-outs because if you cant serve, they wont want you! I hope this kind of puts try-outs into perspective for you!

  3. Throughout the day get a volleyball and just bump it to yourself, dont let it get past you keep it in your control.

And also you could toss the ball up to yourself and practice serving and hitting it off your finger tips.

  4. if u lack skill which i say u dont its better to know ur positon better than any one else on the team and ur technique

dont be scared to eat floor or sand and more if ur not that tall just be the labiro the team just make sure u have the fastest reflexis

and just dont give up and husle

    good luck

  5. how to bump

    how to spike

    how to set someone up

how to hit is high or low

    how to block

  6. The main thing is to try your best, but you will need to be able to pass, set, serve, hit. If you want to make the team you will want to try your best to be accurate and have a good impression on the coaches and other people there judging you.
