What should i name my new restaurant?

Question

The theme of the restaurant is a starter and dessert style menu. Catering for people that would prefer a few lighter dishes at a cheaper price rather than just one large and expensive main course. The menu gives a pick and choose style of ordering, allowing for combing of or larger portions of any dish.

The menu will have tastes from around the world. Located in a city centre.

"Lite bites" was one idea for a name but we feel that this is too cafe style. We require a name more suiting of a late dinning restaurant.

Call it the Lite House.  You can have a light house theme and even put a light house beacon on the outside to draw in customers.  Regardless of what you name it, you must advertise.  Get in touch with your local talk radio station and advertise there.  It's a great place to get the word out.  Good luck.

I would reflect upon something that it is "a taste of the world in just one city." Or use it as a slogan.

Or, for a Biblical reference "Alpha & Omega"  (Beginning and end).
