  1. calamari

  2. Thai food

  3. i just love spring rolls or summer rolls with peanut dipping sauce.  thai food is aromatic and savory.  try to order something that captures that essence.  coconut milk based soups and stews are awesome as well.

    enjoy!

  4. I would make friends with a very good waiter and ask his opinion.  Thai food can be very, very spicy to Western tastes.  Thai-Style is OK though.  Also, find out what is being served before your order it.

  5. Tom yum soup.

Delicious, and provides lots of veg and liquid, both really helpful if you're trying to eat more healthily. You can get variations with chicken in, with fish, with prawns. The flavours are spicy, hot, and fresh. Yum indeed :)

  6. try there house curry

  7. Generals Chicken, the sauce is out of this world most thai restaurants have it an it's the bomb. Make sure you ask for the chicken to be extra crispy an put the sauce on it, not on the side-it seems to taste different when sauce is on the side..Good Luck

  8. anything with legs..it might be a table...anything with wings...you could get a jumbo jet...  ive heard their sticks are rather nice.

  9. Full English

  10. Try  Bow Thai.

  11. Pad Thai Noodles and a Tom Yum soup

  12. Order Me Crob..spelling is off but it's something you wrap in lettuce..delicious

  13. they will usually do a set menu  , where you will get an assortment of dishes

all thai food is low fat   so don't worry bout ur diet

  14. Fish is usually very good.

But whatever you order be sure to say "Not too much Chilli please". They may have a different idea of what 'too much' is to you though......

It's far to expensive in the UK.

  15. If you need to eat healthy, go with Yum Woon Sen (spelling may vary)

It's known to be the most healthy among thai dishes.

This is what they serve patients (who need healthy food and on diet) at the hospital.

It's little noodles w/ vegetables and some meat (0% oil).

  16. Don't go for:

    - Anything deep fried, e.g. calamari, soft shell crab chicken wings.

    - Curries, these are actually quite fattening because they contain a lot of oil.

    Try:

    Steamed fish

Steam tofu (also good for your skin)

    Stir-fried veg

    Coconut rice.

  17. Thai green curry is particularly good.

  18. See if they have some steamed fish.  Pad thai is their famous dish and it actually has very little oil, but it has peanuts (some fat) and sugar.
