  1. I hope I'm not being rude, but no amount of planning will ensure that you bring EVERYTHING you might possibly need. So bring cash, and hope that whatever it is that you missed you won't need until the stores are open the following day.

    Bring your passport.

  2. List what you have got so far!

    swimsuit

    undies

    socks

    some evening outfits

    tops

    bottoms

    shoes

    camera/card/batteries/film

    medication

    sun cream

    after sun cream

    tampons/pads

    beach towel

    books

    diary

    ipod/mobile/games

    pajamas

    makeup

    hairbrush

Thats all I can think of at the mo!

    toothbrush

  3. ohhh you are soo lucky i <3 spain. I went two years ago. Well I would pack all the clothes that you are going 2 wear (and some extra pairs of jeans and tops just incase). Maby 1 or 2 bags. Ipod or MP3. Phone!! Charger for electronic things. Pjs. Trainers. Nicer shoes. Swim stuff. Towels.Maby some make up. Depends on what you are doing if you are just going 4 a short break. Then relax and take it easy. :0) hav fun

  4. Here are the often forgotten items: Lip Balm, tylenol/aspirin, little sewing kit, batteries (or chargers for camera, cell, etc), power adapters. I always manage to forget Q-tips when I travel. Photocopy of passport, ID, plane ticket, important phone numbers.

If you will get your period while you are away, take enough pads/tampons with you.  They might not have the kind you like there.  I find the European selection of these items are quite limited.

If you take a little bottle of laundry detergent, you can easily wash your underwear and stuff so you don't need to pack 14 pairs of undies.

  5. Chargers for your electronics.

    Plug adapter and voltage converter.

A surgical rubber robe clothesline and round rubber sink stopper (for doing hand washing and stopping the sink)

A couple of accessories to dress up your basic clothing (jewelry, scarf, etc.)

  6. An adapter if you want to use your hairdryer etc. (An adapter plugs into the socket to enable it to take a uk plug).

  7. since you're so young, start a Packing list for traveling. Everytime I've gone on a trip I've forgotten something!! When I get back from my trip, I add that item to my packing list so I won't forget it next time. Then on my next trip I just do a check list to ensure I have everything I need.

Also, you have to make adjustments depending on the weather as well. Have fun!

  8. to start, you're going soon? End of summer-september 6th? Well, obviously pack some light clothes...it'll be very hot. Swimsuit, plenty of sunscreen, toiletries (toothbrush/paste, makeup, hair products, whatever), something to do on the long flight over, camera, maybe a hat if you wear hats, sunglasses, money (dollars for if you buy anything at the airport, and euros of course), sandals for if you go to the beach, sturdy tennis shoes for walking through the city....

  9. dont forget a razor! and pads!

  10. 3 shorts, 10 tops (for day and night), 3 skirts, 3 dresses, 2 long trousers, 4 sarongs, (can be used at beach, as scarf, as skirt, as wrap-around) 3 bikinis, 1 one piece, 7 knickers, 4 bras, 3 cardis, 1 warmer jumper, 1 light jacket, 2 socks (1 light, 1 warmer), 3 nice shoes, 2 flip flops, 1 trainer-type shoe, 4 pj's or long t-shirts for nightwear or daytime cover-up. (All this presuming you have access to washing facilities. If not, up it a couple for each item)

Deo, shower gel (although soap is lighter), washcloth, shampoo (frequent wash stuff), conditioner (best quality you can afford), face wash, suncream, aftersun or general body lotion.

Tweezers, toothbrush and paste, floss, if you use it, nailfile and polish if you want it. Make up, hair styling stuff, hair accessories, brush, bands.

    Jewellery and accessories.

Plasters, painkillers, cream for bites and stings, any meds you're on.

    On the plane...

Sunglasses, books/gameboy or pastimes of choice.  I-pod, magazines, lip balm, water, phone, pen, diary/notebook,

    purse, ticket, passport....

Sure I've missed loads, but it's a start....

  11. plasters are always good if you are going to be wearing new shoes or heels! also you might want to take some form of insect repellent for when you go out in an evening. and now from places like boots you can get a oil free sunscreen that you can spray on your parting in your hair so that you don't burn your scalp - as if you forget this you can burn and peel and end up looking like you have dandruff!

  12. razor, pads, tapons, an adaptor (you're gonna need one in europe if you want to use your american straightner, hair dryer, curling iron, etc.), socks, underwear, camis, bras, shirts, a light jacket, umbrella, comfy shoes, flip flops, jeans, shorts, sweats, camera, extra batteries, battery charger, hair brush, tooth brush, mouth wash, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, a lot of money just in case, and some food in case you don't like the hotels food!

    have fun, hope i helped!
