What should i plant in my vegetable garden?

I live in a hot evnvironment that never snows and rains a lot. I know its kinda a bad time to start to plant (late summer), but o well. Also its my first time so i cant plant hard things to grow. And i want to grow all my vegetables/herbs from seeds. Thanks so much!

Tomatoes.squash,green beans and cukes are easy to grow with little maintenance. Just watering.

cucumbers and zucchini, are great with a lot of water. however this late would be great with pumpkins and squash, also planting peppers and cilantro would give you a winter and spring blossom.
