What should i put on my acting resume?

So wat im a suppose to put on my acting resume?

all the shows you've been in and where u did them, the name of your voice teacher and how long you've been taking lessons (if you take voice lessons) and same with dance. anything you've done theatrical. costumes and makeup count!
