What should i put on the application?

okay so i actually have a 3-year high school (10-12)

and my jr. high is (7-9)

on the college application i was filling out it asked me to put the dates i attended my high school.

so do i just put the 3 years or four because i had to name the school. and technically my freshman year was at my jr. high not my high school

You give them the actual years you were going to the HS. This is a common situation and the college will recognize that.
