  1. Be totally honest about what makes you want to.  If being cannon fodder sounds better than jail than tell him so.  If it's because serving the country is a good and noble thing to do, say so.  If it's because you will be a better use to society as a soldier than an innmate, say so.  If you would be proud to serve, say so.  That's it.  The only magic words judges hear is the truth.  They can sense BS a mile away.  Good luck.

  2. Hmm... so your choice is jail or the military huh?

  3. Try this: Tell him you could better serve the nation and be a productive human being by allowing you to enter the military.  If it's a first offense, remind him of that and If given the opportunity he will never see you in this situation or others of a criminal nature again.

I hope you know that if you even sneeze wrong in the militry with a waiver like that You Will Do time on top of Time ad infinitum...Good luck.

  4. What was your crime?  The military may not accept you.

  5. Tell the judge it was an accident that you stole that car and beat up those women and that have decided you now want to defend our country from the Iraqis. If that does not work then you have to nuclear and  then tell him you have AADD. This always is effective as a last resort.
