What should i say when an employer ask what is my weakness?

i am applying at jack in the box a fast food restaurant,and I feel like what ever i say will hurt my chances of being hired.

Answer 1

I would answer like this.."of course everyone has a weekness. Mine, I guess if I had to say something I would say it is, never knowing when to stop, or chocolate....other then that I have no weakness' because I have self control."

Answer 2

make sure it's something you honestly want to improve on, dont say something like "my weakness is lays potato chips, i really CANT have just one". a type of job skill that you feel you might be lacking a bit in. explain to the interviewer that working at their place will help you improve.
