  1. Hot water, try to get a soaking lotion it will help too.

  2. epsom salts

  3. For relaxing try:

    Drops of Lavender Oil

    Peppermint Oil

    Epsom Salts

    For cleansing and purifying try:

    Lemon Oil

    Apple Cider Vinegar

    Drops of Tea Tree Oil

    Baking Soda

To Moisturize Cracked heel and dry feet try:

    Tablespoon olive oil

    drops of lavender oil

After soaking feet in water, exfoliate with a handful of sea salt and olive oil. Rinse away and slab lots of vaseline on your feet if they are dry or powder (try baking soda or baby powder) if you have sweating from feet problems.

    I hope I helped!!

  4. I always soak my feet with hot water and bubble bath   i dont know why but i like it  then i use a foot scrub  with pumice(sp?) to make them soft. : )

  5. Epsom salts ;)))

  6. Depends on why you are soaking your feet. Do they smell? Make a pot of strong tea and pour it into the water. The tannins in the tea

will deodorize your feet. Are they sore? Use epsom salts. Are they

rough? use baking soda and any kind of oil that you have in the house

like salad oil, olive oil. Just remember to keep swishing your feet around so the oil mixes rather than staying on top and be very careful when you get up as you can slip and fall very easily. Use a pumice stone on the rough bits and then use any cream that you have on hand. It doesn't have to be foot cream, you can use hand or body cream as well. They all do the same thing which is to moisturize.

Vaseline is very good. Put on a thick layer and then some socks and wear it to bed. The next morning your feet will be really soft. But again watch your walking as you can slip!.
