What should i sook for dinner? easter sunday????i?

im gonna be cooking for 3 freinds....

im gonna serve about half past 8, and then we can chill and drink for the night....

should i cook...

i will also serve a big bowl of garlic bread so we can nibble on that for the night and drink:)

steak veg and mash with pepper sauce, enchiladas or chicken curry......

Its going to be served half past eight so do something light. I mean you are adding a lot of calories on the drinks u know. so maybe some chicken kabobs with some white rice, and don't do mashed potatoes, whole baked is better. Put out a fruit platter with chocolate fondue'. Have FUN!

Hi there,

I would probably cook the steak, veggies and mashed potatoes with pepper sauce B/c that would go lovely with the garlic bread!! you might want to add a salad along with your meal!!
