Well, I don't want to be really lame, but with the economy as it is, you may as well hold on to it for a while. With prices for everything rising, you may just find that you need that $20 later down the road.

Also, if you don't know what to spend it on, you may as well hold on to it until you find something that you really want, rather than wasting it on an impulse buy.
