What should i study first for early childhood education?

i'll finish my bachelor degree of industrial design in 2009, and would like to become a daycare teacher. i do not have any education in this area before, and would like to know what program to start with. thank you

Start with pre-education early childhood ed, or child development.  Although, you do not have to have a degree to be a daycare teacher.  You also do not have to have one to do preschool sometimes.  Only specialized areas have to have degrees.  You could probably do it without.
