  1. be healthy and start taking prenatal vitamins now. Treat your body as you would if you were already pregnant.

  2. Not sure about elevit  but I do know that plenty of Folic Acid and an over the counter prenatal vitamin would be great. Usually the otc prenatals also have the folic acid in it you need.

You should go ahead get into an OB doctor if you're planning on getting pregnant and then they can tell you exactly what plan you need to be on and run any tests that need to be done.

    Good Luck and God Bless!

  3. Folic acid and a good multivitamin - maybe a prenatal one it's up to you - drink lots of water eat heps of fresh fruit and vegetables......

  4. You should have a lot of s*x!!!

  5. I would recommend taking some prenatal vitamins...And have your hubby (or boyfriend) start taking Zinc because it promotes healthy sperm. Good luck TTC! Sending lots of baby dust your way!

  6. Try to stay in shape or work on getting in shape some. Take folic acid and Prenatal vitimans

  7. A vitamin containing Folic Acid and Iron.  Prenatal vitamins contain this.  This helps in early pregnancy to keep the baby from getting defects.

  8. Stop drinking and smoking if you do either. Keep up the healthy eating and take folic acid which is essential to the babies DNA.

I did all of the above, charted my Cervical Mucous and fell pregnant in the first month of trying!! I'm 8 weeks now!

Good luck and TONS of baby dust

    P xxxx

  9. I took elevit from the time i found out i was pregnant. They recommend you take a folic acid suppliment for the three months prior to concieving. i wasnt able to as my pregnancy wasnt planned but I started taking Elevit as soon as I knew,

my bub came out perfect so I cant complain.

Im still taking it now as im still breastfeeding and its is recommended to continue on thru lactation.

It is one of the more expensive pregnancy specific multi vitmain pills but what cost can you put on the health of your child? Just my opinion.

Oh the 100 pack works out way cheaper than the 30 pack and it lasts about three months, so its prefect. one pack for each trimester.

    Good luck

  10. You can take elevit. Otherwise just grab some folic acid. There are two strengths so when you go to the pharmacy, ask for the one for pregnancy. It's about $5 for about 80 or so tabs.

PS I take blackmores pregnancy and breastfeeding gold. It's really good but hard to swallow when you fall pregnant and have morning sickness!!

  11. ur good on schedule just dont drink or smoke too and girl ur good!!! lol

  12. Doctors Suggest you take prenatal vitamins 6 months before trying to concieve...

  13. I think everyone has pretty much answered your question but if you would like some extra support from people Trying to conceive, pregnant, and parents then head over to

www.bumpsandbeyond.friendhood.net you will find lots of helpful answers. But the most important thing is to stay helpful

  14. Folate/Folic acid supplement. for 3 months BEFORE you conceive, and 3 months into pregnancy (at least).

Exercise, will make it easier to go through the physical challenge of preg. and labor.
