hello . i am 155 at the height of 5'3 i am 14 years old. i am going to italy next year. i have asked this question many times....so this is the last time. aneways i want to be healthy and look good....i am on a diet but i dont think i will loose 30 pounds by may cause im leaving june....i want to find a quiker way maybe take a dietary liquid supplement for children to boost it up...so tell me if i should because i really want to...i mean i dont know if i will gain weight after i take them but i mean if i cheat after i take it..i dont know if i will gain the weight...but please help me....i need help...i want to feel beautiful healthy, and have a good fit body. thank you for those who are reading this..

  1. cutting calories is always good. you might try natural products like a natural fat burner or healthy, nutritious meal replaement shake. my friend have lost up to 9 pounds a week in that way. but they were smart about it. never overdose on those types of things. eat fruits and veggies, too. keep the vitamins going
