it depends on which part of DC your going. i guess you don't really need to bring anything. get a map so that it'll be easier to know where to go when you're taking the metro.

A jacket and an umbrella. Right now its cold, windy and rainy. The weather keeps going back and forth from nice and warm to cold. Not sure when you are coming but next week they're forecasting rain everyday with temps varying from 59 to 71.
