What should i use to record piano music from my piano keyboard? ?

I have a Privia PX-320 and i just bought a E-MU MIDI 1X1 USB interface. now that my keyboard is connected to my computer, what do i use to play my piano and record things to the computer? i have already gone through the setup of the midi. I prefer to find something that i can do for free. thanks
