  1. if you've tried the strips and they didn't work for you (they worked well for me and other people that I know) the only thing left is to go get them professionally whitened-hope you have lots of $$$$$$$

  2. wash ur mouth with soap 2 times a weeks

  3. Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries but certain precautions have to be taken. I found the information at http://www.aches.in/toothwhitening.html

  4. The crest white strips worked REALLY well for me.  I didn't want to wait two weeks to see the difference so I bought the 'dazzle' one, or whever works quickly.  They worked and my teeth look great.  You'll pay more, but see results quicker.

  5. Id say little things are important. Maybe once in a while chew gum with whitening labels, brush with whitening toothpaste, whitening strips, and maybe some whitening mouthwash. All these things will add up to whiter teeth. Good Luck.

  6. Hydrogen Peroxide.  Sounds gross, but rinse with it for as long as you can before you brush your teeth and they will whiten within days.  Hydrogen Peroxide only costs about a dollar and it is the active ingredient in almost all teeth whitening products.

  7. mix in some lemton juice with your tooth paste. Lemon is a natural lightener

  8. TOOTHPASTE & TOOTHBRUSH!!!!!!!!

  9. i love the original crest white strips. if you have the money, have it professionally done.  i heard that the zoom whitening is awesome!

  10. Have you tried Crest whitening strips they worked wonders for me now they even have a few new options. Sorry I couldn't be of further assistance.
