What should i wear for my headshots?

clothing, makeup, ect.

i have blonde-brown hair and brown eyes, white teeth, somewhat tanned skin, and i usually do my hair straight so thats what i'll be doing for the headshots...

wear something simple with no elaborate designs or anything. Something casual yet presentable like this: http://www.hollisterco.com/hol/images/st... Color shouldnt really matter because headshots should be in black and white. If the headshots are in color, do not choose a color that will wash out ur face. Do a color that looks good on u. As for make-up, use as little as possible because u want to look as natural as u can.

black is a universal color and ALSO DO NOT wear anything with patterns, you want people to look at your face-NOT what your wearing! and if its cute, so wear one solid color (preferably black or red) 2 plain great colors! then wear little make up but enough to eccentuate your features, like... NO eyeshadow! only amscara a TINY bit of eyeliner on the bottom and lipgloss n blush! that is IT!

Are your headshots going to be in black and white?  If so, it's best to wear a solid color top/blouse.  Patterns can be distracting, and you want the focus to be on your face.  

Lipstick is always better than gloss, since you can't see gloss very well on a photo, and lipstick defines the lips.  

Other than that, just focus on capturing your skills and style on the camera.  And remember, the headshot usually doesn't get you the role - usually its the monologue/song, etc.  But the headshot DOES determine if you stand out in the mind of a director....

Wear something your comfortable in and that you can see your self going to an audition in.

if its just a head shot it dont matta wat u wear coz no ones gonna see it neway. but just make sure ur make up is done really nice
